10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your eazywin account at any time by contacting customer support. 10.3 Forfeiture on Violation. The collection, storage, and use of personal data by eazywin is governed by the eazywin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the eazywin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eazywin processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
eazywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. 15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and eazywin arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through eazywin's internal complaints process, which is accessible by contacting customer support. eazywin will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.
15.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
